Q6. What encouraged you to become an Author?
Ans: While the end product for writers is the same–a piece of published writing–our individual motivations for writing are very different. Our sense of achievement is triggered by different aspects. My imagination is one of the most important factors in my writing ideas and process, especially for long and short fiction, but I do take inspiration from things I see out in the world. The world is my material for inspiration. I lean more towards sci-fi writing, but I always seek to include slices of the real world in there, because the positives and negatives I see are ultimately human. Not only does it make for good character building and storytelling, but I like to think that on some small level the things I write might influence people's views a little bit. I’m motivated to write by the fun that I gain from writing. I write because I love to. I write because I enjoy it, because I love telling stories, and creating characters.
Q7. What is your current goal in writing career?
Ans: We hear a lot of talk today about a war on terrorism. We hear about a war in Palestine, threats of war from North Korea. Never in history has there been such a time of war throughout the earth. And these conflicts are widely publicized, because of the instant communication we have now. Almost immediately, we receive reports of bombings, ambushes, death tolls.Yet these wars are all minor skirmishes. They’re merely symptoms of a much greater war. You see, there’s actually just one war going on. And this war above-all-wars is taking place in heaven. It’s a war between God and the Devil.
This war was declared eons ago. Revelation tells us, “Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels.” The dragon represents Satan and all the fallen angels he deceived. While in heaven, Lucifer rallied these angelic hordes to rise up against God. He wanted to usurp God’s authority and take over his throne.
But the devil lost that first battle. God told Satan, “There is no place for you here in my presence.” And he cast him out of heaven, along with the angels who had rebelled with him. They were plunged into a world the Bible says was void and without form.
When it comes to angels we're fascinated with them as much as some people are with demons. This essentially is the backdrop of my second in line novel Angel From Hell (Yet to be Subtitled)
Thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to take part in this interview.
