“Dr. Sanjay Madhaorao Deosthale M.Sc. M.Phil. Ph.D.He is working as an Associate Professor in Botany at B.B.Arts, N.B.Commerce & B.P.Scienece College, Digras, Dist.Yavatmal (M.S.). He has Teaching Experience of 27 Years to Undergraduate Classes and 20 years to Postgraduate classes.His Research Experience is 10Years. He has presented and published 26 research papers in National and InternationalSeminars, Conferences and journals of National and International repute . He has written chapters in 4 books. He has worked as Organizing Secretary,

Convener, Coordinator and Member of organizing committee of Conferences, Webinar at State, National and International levels. He worked as a Coordinator of IQAC and during his tenure college has accredited with A Grade by Naac. He is a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor of SGB Amravati University Amravati and one of his student awarded Ph.D.by the University.

Dr. Ganesh Ramdas Khanderao is presently working as an Associate Professor of English since 2007 in Amolakchand Mahavidyalaya Yavatmal, affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, Maharashtra. He has worked with well known institutions in Maharashtra state. He has successfully organized an International Webinar on ‘Traumatic Effects of COVID-19 on Human Migration with Special Reference to Teaching, Learning and Evaluation Process’ on 30 May, 2020. He is an authorised ‘Soft skills Trainer’ and ‘Academic Audit Expert’ of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. He has published and presented total 40

research papers in 20 National and 20 International Journals and conferences respectively. He has completed his Doctoral research in the area of African Literature and his areas of interest are Language, African Literature, Film and Culture. His research work “”Chinua Achebe: The True Nigerian Patriotic Novelist”” is published by International Publishers and it has been translated into nine International Languages like Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, German, Polish, English, Russian, and Italian. He is the President of ‘Scientia Innovation and Research Institute’ also serving as Vice-president of ‘Progressive People’s Forum’ Maharashtra.

Dr. Manoj Namdeorao Bhagat has been working as an Assistant Professor, Department of English at B. B. Arts, N. B. Commerce & B. P. Science College Digras, Dist. Yavatmal, Maharashtra for last 13 years. He has published and presented 40 research papers in National and International Seminars, Conferences and in International/ UGC CARE Listed Journals. He has published an Edited book on Diasporic Literature. His area of Ph. D. was “”Portrayal of Contemporary Social Life in Ibsen’s Select Plays.”” His areas of interest
