Professional Rivalry exists in almost all orbits of professions as well as in services in governments or private or corporate undertakings. This book has taken into consideration government servants but extending its orbit up-to politicians etc. Bhartiya Janta Party is the biggest party in the Lok Sabha where as Congress is next. These two parties remain daggers drawn and never miss a chance for showdown for each other. Similarly other parties also do not leave any chance to catch the government by the neck if it is on the wrong foot. Deccan College and Archaeological Survey of India can also be cited as rivals to each other particularly when it comes to the giving of date to a newly excavated artifact. Bhent Dwarka is at present under the sea. It must have been a flourishing culture once upon a time, when there was no sea there. Such a situation will exist at the time of an Ice Age. If so, the age of the site will be pushed back to at least a lac year giving rise to controversy over the age and the concerned rivals will remain divided on it. It was on such considerations that this book came for the press.
