Born on 01 January 1998 in the land of rising sun Vijaynagar , Arunachal Pradesh, did her schooling from northeast states (Nagaland and Assam) , India where her love for literature blossomed from an early age. Growing up in a household that valued the power of storytelling, she was exposed to a wide range of books, nurturing her imaginative spirit and fostering her desire to become a writer.
After completing of her formal education, She pursued a degree in Physics from Gauhati University. During this time, she honed her writing skills, delving into classic works of literature while crafting her own compelling narratives. Upon Post-graduation from Arunachal University of Studies ,Namsai ,Arunachal Pradesh, her passion for writing led her to embark on a literary journey, where she endeavored to create works that would touch the hearts and minds of readers worldwide.
Rita Chhetri’s breakthrough came with her debut novella, Gambler –life goes on , published in 2019. The book received critical acclaim and quickly gained a devoted readership, propelling them onto the literary stage. Since then, despite of her scientific and Artistic job profile – she have continued to devote her time to thought-provoking and emotionally resonant stories and poems.
